| June 27, 2010, Pawnee enters her 6th week of gestation.
Pawnee is starting to increase in size and is doing well. We are hoping to do an X-ray in a little less than two weeks and are beginning to prepare for the little babies to enter our lives! For more information on the puppies, please see, OUR PUPPIES PAGE!!

| Rusty and I attended the "outdoor" dog shows in Anchorage, Alaska On Saturday, June 26th, Rusty and I had fun at the dog show. It had rained early in day, but by the time we got to the site, it was nice. Rusty got to mark all HIS favorite trees and bushes. LOL Oh, we showed well together but didn't make the cut in groups. On Sunday, June 27th, I got up and looked outside at the pouring rain and wasn't so sure I wanted to go "have fun" with my boy in the rain. Britannys do GREAT in the rain, but I am made of sugar, so wasn't so sure I wanted to get all wet!! But I was looking forward to showing to Judge Mr. Joesph Gregory, and so I went. Rusty had an ok time, as we quickly marked HIS trees, then kept him in his crate, so he would stay clean and dry. Luckily each time we were in the ring, the rain slowed down to a drizzle. And Mr. Gregory gave Rusty a Group 4 placement!!!
This is Rusty's third group placement!! His second Group 4 Breeder/Owner/Handled. And he has a Group 3 Handled by Amanda Ashmore.

I have a very special breeding planned...
...planned for Spring 2010. Sherry Rilea of Three B's Kennels and I will be co-breeding Pawnee to Lobo via a frozen semen breeding in 2010. Puppies will be whelped here with me in Anchorage, Alaska and should be ready for homes Summer 2010.
Both Liver/white and Orange/white puppies are expected.
This will be Pawnee's last breeding and there is a limited supply of frozen semen on Lobo, so this is a special and much anticipated breeding to say the least.
A waiting list for puppies has already started!!

| Rusty attended the dog shows in Anchorage, Alaska On Saturday, March 27th, Judge Mr. William Bergum pulled 5 dogs for his Sporting Group "short list" unfortunately, Rusty was the 5th dog in that list, so he missed a Group Placement by {this much}. On Sunday, March 28th, Judge Mr. Robert Slay gave Rusty a Group 3 placement!!!
This is Rusty's second group placement!! He also got a Group 4 in Aug.

| Rusty attended his first International Show. There were two shows each of the two days. He received 4 V-1 ratings!! And 3 Best Of Breeds!! And 2 Group 3 placements!!! And 4 Bred-by Exhibitor Best In Shows!!!

| Rusty placed fourth in the Sporting Group at the Cook Inlet Kennel Club show on Friday, August 7, 2009! Thank you so much judge Mr. Stephen J. Hubbell!!!
Then on August 8th, Rusty got a clear cerf exam from Dr. Paul Scherlie.

| Rusty's reports came back from OFA!! Hips are EXCELLENT, Elbows are normal, and Patellas are normal as well!!!!! See for yourself:

| We had Rusty X-rayed for OFA. Hips look amazing!!! Elbows look perfect!!! We also had his patellas checked by our vet who said they were normal. We've sent in all the documentation into OFA and are just waiting for official results. Results will be posted as soon as I receive them!! |

| Rusty gets his invitation to attend the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship Dog Show!! Rusty finished his Championship from the Bred-by Class and receives a special invitation to attend Eukanuba. Luckily this invitation is good for two years as we will be unable to attend in 2008. Wish us luck in 2009!!!!!!

| Rusty finishes with a total of 17 points (all from the Bred-by class). He earns a total of 4 majors and 5 major reserves along the way AND places twice in the Bred-by Sporting Group!! | On Friday, July 8, 2005, Oneida became a Champion of record with AKC!! She finished with a total of 17 points, including one 5 pt major, and one 3 pt major and earning points under 10 different judges!! She earned her final major and championship under the wonderful judge, MRS. KAREN C. WILSON.
